Is a retainer right for you?

These packages guarantee the number of hours you need for that month to support your business - these are payable in advance each month and offered at a discounted rate of £25 per hour.

How do we track the hours used?

All hours are tracked via Clockify and will be rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes (for invoice purposes)

How long is a retainer package valid for?

All packages are valid for 1 calendar month from the date of purchase and any hours not used are not transferable to the following month unless previously agreed.

How will I know when the tasks will be done?

I want to assure you that while I have the flexibility to complete tasks at varied times, I am fully committed to delivering all assignments within the advised deadlines.
